1292	Edit with Office enabled even if the document is already checked out by another user	Alex		"When using ""edit with office"" as icon for starting Word, the icon gets grey underlayed and is not acessible any more, because the selected document was checked out and it is opened in word (correct).

However another logged in user can now select the same document even after a refresh and can select ""edit with office"" from the pull down menu which stays accessible, so that the document can be checked out again by this user. Both users are non Admins.

This is a problem of the user interface that does not control the checkout of the document
