I am placing this as NFR, in case if it's found interesting and useful.

Description:
If user have subscription for a folder.
If user have some custom message templates (In Administration – Settings – Outgoing Mail – Messages Templates).
To be possible to select one of them instead of the system audit message. And possible to be filtered by event and by user/group.
